Customer portal/Registration, verification and login
Registration, verification and login
v1.0.x · updated 2026-07-10
Using the portal requires a customer account. This screen covers registration,
confirmation and login — step by step, for anyone doing it for the first time.
[!NOTE]
What you’ll need: a working e-mail, a phone number in international format,
and a password (at least 8 characters). A card is not needed at this stage —
it is only required later, and only if you pick a cloud plan.
Registration
The form asks for:
e-mail — your primary contact: for letters and password recovery;
phone — in international format (e.g. +7 900 000-00-00), used for contact
and sign-in; a number already used by a confirmed account is rejected;
a password (at least 8 characters);
your full name, optionally date of birth and gender;
two required consents — to personal-data processing and to the license
agreement (both linking to the legal pages). Without both consents registration
does not go through.
On submit, an account is created (not yet confirmed) and the account
confirmation screen opens. No session is opened yet.
Account confirmation
The account activates once you confirm it by phone or by e-mail — either one
is enough. Nothing to set up: the system offers whichever method is available.
Phone call (primary). We place a short, free call to the number you entered
— you don’t have to answer. On the “Confirm account” screen, enter the
last digits of the incoming number and press “Confirm”. A “Call again”
button re-triggers the call. Result: the phone is confirmed and the account is
activated.
Reverse call (if the direct call isn’t available). Sometimes the system asks
you to call instead: the screen shows your number and a number to dial. Call
it from the phone you entered — the call is free and drops by itself, so you
don’t have to be answered. Confirmation happens automatically (the screen
refreshes every few seconds). Result: the phone is confirmed.
E-mail code (always available as a fallback). If the call can’t be placed,
the system automatically e-mails a six-digit code — enter it on the same
screen. The code is valid for 15 minutes, allows at most 5 wrong
attempts, and can be resent no more than once per minute.
Phone confirmation never blocks registration: if the call doesn’t get
through, you always finish with the e-mail code. An unconfirmed phone can be
confirmed later — it doesn’t get in the way of using the portal.
After confirmation you are signed in automatically (the session opens immediately).
Login
You sign in with your phone number together with your password; the e-mail is
used for letters and password recovery, you cannot sign in with it. If a contact
is not yet confirmed, instead of signing in you get a prompt to confirm it with a
link to the confirmation screen. A wrong login/password pair returns a uniform
error that does not reveal whether such a user exists.
Onboarding after registration
Once the account is confirmed (by phone or e-mail), the onboarding wizard
opens — there is no way into the full portal without completing it. The wizard walks you through the
steps (with a progress rail on top):
Profile — last name, first name and (optionally) patronymic.
Path — choose between a cloud instance (managed cloud) and
self-hosted (installing on your own server).
The paths then diverge:
Cloud: pick a plan (monthly/yearly) → fill in the requisites
(individual or company — collected before payment) → pay →
instance provisioning → done.
Self-hosted: mint a personal install link → the “Continue the
installation” screen — the portal waits until the installed instance binds
itself to your account, after which onboarding completes.
Things worth knowing up front:
The person type (individual/company) is fixed: after onboarding completes
it can no longer be changed by yourself — contact support.
Company / sole proprietor: after the requisites are saved, the wizard
stops on the “requisites awaiting confirmation” step (requisites_pending) —
the operator reviews the data and you receive a “Requisites confirmed” e-mail,
after which you can proceed to payment.
Companies always have invoice payment available (see
Order and payment); individuals pay by card.
On the self-hosted path, minting the install link switches the portal into
self-hosted mode; you can return to the path choice while no instance has
bound yet (the change-path button on the install screen).
Password reset
The “Forgot password” screen e-mails a code; the reset screen uses it to set a new
password. After a password change, all active sessions are ended — you will need
to sign in again.
If it didn’t work
No confirmation call arrived — this does not block registration: the system
automatically e-mails a six-digit code, enter it on the same screen. A “Call
again” button re-triggers the call.
The e-mail code didn’t arrive — check the spam folder; you can resend at most
once per minute; the code is valid for 15 minutes.
“Phone already in use” — the number is bound to another confirmed account.
Sign in to that account or use a different number.
“Wrong login or password” — the message is uniform and does not reveal
whether the user exists; check your keyboard layout and caps, and reset your
password if needed.
Can’t sign in — “confirm your contact” — the contact is not confirmed yet;
follow the prompt’s link to the confirmation screen.
Tips
Check the spam folder if the code doesn’t arrive; you can resend after a minute.
The password must be at least 8 characters; use a unique one.
