Personal account my.aihummer.ru
Your personal account at my.aihummer.ru is your entry point into the relationship with the AiHummer vendor: registration, a cloud instance or personal install links for self-hosting, plans and payment, billing details, documents (invoices and acts), ideas and the recorded consents. The portal has no access to the data inside your self-hosted instance.
Registration and sign-in
Registration is by email and password (minimum 8 characters), with your full name. Two mandatory consents are recorded at registration: personal data processing (Russian 152-FZ) and the license agreement terms. After submitting the form you receive a 6-digit confirmation code by email — signing in is only possible after the address is confirmed. A forgotten password is recovered with the same kind of code.
The portal is multilingual: the same 13 languages as the website and this documentation are available (Russian by default, English and 11 more); your choice is remembered in the browser.
After the e-mail is confirmed the onboarding wizard opens (profile → the cloud/self-hosted path choice → plan and requisites before payment → payment or installation) — the full portal is available once it completes. The steps are described in detail in Registration and login.
The “Installation” screen: your personal link
Installing AiHummer on your own server starts here. Click “Get personal install
link” — the portal generates a link of the form
https://my.aihummer.ru/dl/<token>/install.sh and shows a ready-to-run
command:
curl -fsSL "<your personal install link>" | sudo bash
The link is bound to your account and is valid for 30 days; when it expires, mint a new one on the same screen (an already-installed instance keeps updating through its link). There is no public install script — the distribution is served through personal links only. An instance installed from the link binds itself to your account automatically at first registration, and your e-mail becomes the instance’s verified contact. The full process is described in Installation.
Billing details (individual / company)
The “Profile → Billing details” screen collects the payment details that go into invoices and acts:
- Individual — full name, INN (12 digits, optional), address.
- Company / sole proprietor — legal name, INN (10 digits; 12 for sole proprietors), KPP, OGRN/OGRNIP, legal address, bank, settlement and correspondent accounts, BIC.
After saving, the details get the “Not confirmed” status and go for vendor confirmation. Once the vendor confirms them, the form is locked — confirmed details cannot be edited by yourself; to change them, contact support and the vendor will lift the confirmation.
Documents and consents
The “Documents” screen lists your invoices (numbered С-YYYY-NNNN) and
acts (numbered А-YYYY-NNNN) for each payment: number, type, date, amount,
with filters, sorting and pagination. A document downloads as a ready A4
PDF; the invoice carries an SBP payment QR code, and amounts include VAT
(an “Including VAT” line). The list stays empty until your first payment. More
in Order and payment.
The same screen shows the consents recorded at registration — the personal data processing consent (152-FZ) and the acceptance of the license agreement — each with the acceptance timestamp.
Plans and licensing
You choose and pay for a plan in the portal (Community is the free default, no checkout needed). After a purchase or renewal the license is delivered to your instance automatically: the vendor signs a license bound to your instance’s fingerprint and pushes it over the bus — nothing to copy by hand. For fully air-gapped networks there is a backup path — offline activation with a detached token. Details are in Licensing.
Support: tickets and ideas
Requests to the vendor are sent directly from your instance’s admin UI: the “Control → Support” page lets you file a ticket (with a severity choice) or propose an idea, attach files and keep a message thread per request; statuses update as the vendor processes them. Requests travel over the same secured bus as licenses — if the instance is offline, the page tells you so. Vendor replies arrive in the admin UI’s “Notifications” section.
The portal itself has a public idea board with voting: the “All ideas” tab shows moderated suggestions from all customers you can vote for; the “My ideas” tab shows your own suggestions and their statuses. Files can be attached to ideas and to support tickets. More in the portal overview.
