Chat settings is the options screen for a single chat. It holds the appearance of that
one conversation and actions on it that don’t touch other chats.
What it shows
Appearance — the chat’s color/accent and background, to tell chats apart at a glance.
Title — how the chat is labelled in the Chat list.
Members (for groups) — the group roster and roles.
Actions — clear history, archive or leave the chat.
Change the color/background — changes apply to this chat only.
Clearing history affects the app display; the agent’s long-term memory
(Einstein) is a separate thing on the instance side.
