Friends referral program

The Friends screen contains your referral link and program statistics. Share the link with a real new customer; do not create extra accounts or promise terms that are not shown in the portal.

Invite a friend

  1. Open Friends and copy the personal invitation link.
  2. Send it before the friend registers.
  3. The friend opens the link, creates an account and purchases an eligible paid subscription.
  4. Return to Friends and check the invited, subscribed, earned and pending counters.

An invited person counts once. Registration without your link cannot be added manually afterwards. An invalid referral code does not block the new customer’s registration.

Bonus days

The current reward displayed by the portal is applied after the invited customer meets the program condition. If you already have an active eligible subscription, credited days extend it. Otherwise, pending days are kept and applied when you start an eligible subscription. The portal counters are the source of truth for credited and pending days.

  • The personal link may appear only after your own subscription reaches the required state; follow the message on the screen.
  • Ask the friend whether registration really started from your link.
  • Allow payment processing to finish before expecting the subscribed counter to change.
  • For a discrepancy, contact support with the approximate registration and payment dates. Do not send the friend’s password or payment-card details.
